Who We Are
Victoria
Victoria is the heart of Paradise Park Puppy Palace’s care philosophy, combining formal education with hands-on experience to provide thoughtful, fear-free pet care. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Health and Behavior, is a Certified Dog Trainer through the Animal Behavior College, and is a Fear Free Certified Dog Trainer.
With a strong foundation in animal behavior science, Victoria specializes in understanding canine body language, reducing stress, and creating positive, low-pressure experiences for every dog in her care. Her approach is rooted in positive reinforcement, emotional well-being, and individualized attention, ensuring each pet feels safe, supported, and understood.
Victoria is especially passionate about small-group daycare and home-style boarding, where dogs can be integrated into a calm family environment rather than overwhelmed in large, high-energy settings.
Penny
Penny brings years of hands-on experience, patience, and a nurturing presence to Paradise Park Puppy Palace. She has been boarding and providing doggy daycare since 2020, helping to create the warm, structured, and dependable environment that pets and their families trust.
With a natural ability to connect with animals, Penny plays a key role in daily routines, supervision, enrichment, and ensuring each dog feels comfortable and cared for. Her consistency and calm demeanor are especially beneficial for dogs who may be nervous, senior, or adjusting to time away from home.
Together with Victoria, Penny helps maintain the family-style atmosphere that makes Paradise Park Puppy Palace feel less like a facility—and more like a second home.
A Family-Run, Low-Stress Approach
As a mother–daughter team, Victoria and Penny have been proudly offering dog boarding and daycare since 2020, building their business around trust, safety, and individualized care. By intentionally keeping group sizes small, they are able to focus on reducing stress, fostering positive social interactions, and treating every dog like part of the family.
At Paradise Park Puppy Palace, pets aren’t just watched, they’re genuinely cared for.
